Milo has been coming to SML, since he was a very young pup. He is very experienced in knowing when everyone here needs an extra cuddle. He is a sure morale booster and up-lifter. His pastimes include; eating, sleeping and hanging out with his family, outdoors. He is very sweet & friendly and doesn’t shed!

Christian is very hard-working, meticulous, and bilingual. He works great under pressure with various tasks and still delivers excellent service. Scott Corbridge

Owner

Scott founded SML in 1991 when he saw the need for more professionalism in the field of property management. He also helped found the Sarasota Bradenton chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and served as the inaugural President as well as a member of the board of directors of the national NARPM association. Scott holds the designations Master Property Manager, MPM, as well as Resident Management Professional, RMP.

Scott enjoys the benefits of living in the Suncoast of Florida such as fishing and boating as well as serving the church, hiking and spending time with his wife Karen and their 5 children.

Christy Smith, RMP®

Director of Business Development

Christy joined Sarasota Management in 2008. She is a Past President of the Sarasota Bradenton Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and served on the Board of Directors for the Florida State chapter. She holds the professional designation of Residential Management Professional RMP®

Christy loves her church, mentoring women, and enjoys traveling with her husband, Patrick.

John Goodbrad,

Operations Manager

John Goodbrad has been a part of the Sarasota Management Team since 2014. He received his Realtors® License in 2014 and started showing properties with Sarasota Management the same year. He has also served on the board and as the President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) Sarasota/Bradenton chapter.

John is married with two kids. He enjoys spending time with his family and being a dad. John is an avid follower of Christ. John loves the outdoors and runs and hikes. He is also a technology nerd with an interest in automation and systems.

Frank P Barrow lll, Leasing Coordinator

Frank joined SML in 2014 from Connecticut. He has a background in international corporate sales and marketing as well as customer service to many Fortune 500 companies. Frank’s pride and joy are two beautiful daughters and he loves helping people find the perfect home. In his free time, Frank is living the Florida dream life enjoying beaches, fishing, blue crabs and an occasional ribeye steak.

Karen Corbridge

Broker/Sales Associate & Accounting Manager

in addition to overseeing all accounting functions for our investors and residents, Karen specializes in acquisition and sales of residential investment properties. Karen also serves as primary caregiver to office dog Milo.

Susan Galarza

Assistant Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinator

Susan came to SML with a background in Purchasing and Home building. In addition, she utilizes her experience as a Production Coordinator and Project Management earns SML many of our 5 star ratings on Google. Susan Loves animals of all kinds, enjoys photography and being a mother to her 10 year old son.

Jorge Romo Rios

Administration Assistant

Jorge is attentive to detail and has great customer service skills and is bilingual. He has been with Sarasota Management since April 2024 and specializes in Applications and Leases. His goal is to provide excellent customer service skills for residents applying for our homes.
