Screening Your Bradenton Residents

We ask for a completed and signed application from every resident who is 18 years of age or older. Once the application has been submitted, we conduct an initial review to ensure all the requested information and documentation has been submitted. Then, we will undergo an extensive resident screening process to determine the applicant’s suitability for your property.

  1. Checking an applicant’s credit history.
  2. Checking an applicant’s criminal background, including the FBI’s Most Wanted list, National Terrorist database, statewide Department of Corrections records, and Sexual Predator list.
  3. Employment and income verification check.
  4. Interviews with previous landlords.
