Worrying about tenants is pretty common. Most owners wonder if they’re placing the right tenant. Will rent come in on time? What if the tenant moves out before the end of the lease term? 

With our Leasing Guarantee, the tenants we’ve placed are guaranteed. In the current market, owners need financial reassurances like this. You want to know that the tenant we place in your home will remain in place for the entire term of the lease. Your cash flow depends on it.

With our Leasing Guarantee you do not have to worry about your tenant moving out in the middle of their lease term. Our guarantee states that if a tenant we place vacates before the end of the initial term, you will not pay a leasing commission for us to find a new tenant. We’ll do that at our own expense. 

The only exception here of course is a tenant who must vacate because of military orders. 

Property Condition Guarantee with Sarasota Management & Leasing

Another common concern for owners and investors is the condition of their property. What if a tenant does damage that exceeds the security deposit? What if deferred or unreported maintenance causes more expensive repairs to be needed? 

Our Property Condition Guarantee ensures this does not happen. 

We regularly keep our owners updated on the condition of their property with photographic property assessments. You’ll receive those condition reports throughout the lease. However, sometimes a little extra security brings a lot of peace of mind. With our Property Condition Guarantee, you will not have to worry about the condition of your home. We guarantee that if the tenant causes damage that exceeds their security deposit, we will pay the difference up to $1,000.

Eviction Protection Guarantee and Sarasota Management & Leasing

Eviction is always a concern for owners. Not only do you have to deal with the hassle and expense of evicting a tenant, but you’re also losing several months of rent. 

Not when you take advantage of our Eviction Protection Guarantee.
