If you want to rent your property without any headaches and good tenants background on payments , save your money and your mental health with this company . They don’t consider you , the homeowner as they customers and it makes look like you work for them , is always a email “friendly threatening” . Inspection ? Never trust . We had our our inspection after a move out and found more than what it was accounted including broken toilets that needed to be replaced because it was not wear and tear and they inspection didn’t check the minimum so we wouldn’t have the deposit paying for it . We ( me and my husband ) are glad we are done with them and new company is a whole new level and if we knew , we should never go through the stress we did go with Sarasota management company . Do yourself a favor and run from them .
