Our maintenance company is House Calls Maintenance, Inc. We provide our owners with low cost solutions to necessary maintenance by providing quick effective repairs whenever possible to minimize cost while maintaining the quality of your investment and keeping the tenants happy.

During the course of the lease, we want to make sure that the resident is taking care of the property and following the terms of the lease. So, we do periodic drive-by inspections as well as interior walk-throughs to look for maintenance issues that may need attention.

Rent Guarantee

Management guarantees rent will be paid by the 20th of the month (for up to one month).

Tenant Damage Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed causes damage to your property, in excess of the Security Deposit, we will make the repairs, up to $1,000, at no cost to the owner.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

Capital Improvement Evaluation

Upon Request. Annual visit and report on capital improvement needs for your rental property.

HVAC Maintenance Agreement
