While we talk about the merits of your property and encourage a prospective tenant to look around, we ask about when they’d like to move, what they do for work, and whether they have any pets. This gives us an idea of how likely they are to be approved for the property. 

Technology has enabled self-showings and video tours, which we are always willing to use when necessary. The benefit of an in-person showing, however, is that our agents are available to answer questions, gather information, and facilitate the process of applications and screenings. It brings better results for owners and for us. We care about your property and the people who want to live in it. For showings, we want to be there when we can.

Screening Your Bradenton Tenants

We ask for a completed and signed application from every resident who is 18 years of age or older. Once the application has been submitted, we conduct an initial review to ensure all the requested information and documentation has been submitted. Then, we will undergo an extensive resident screening process to determine the applicant’s suitability for your property.

Our screening process includes the following four steps:

  1. Checking an applicant’s credit history.
  2. Checking an applicant’s criminal background, including the FBI’s Most Wanted list, National Terrorist database, statewide Department of Corrections records, and Sexual Predator list.
  3. Employment and income verification check.
  4. Interviews with previous landlords.

The result is an exceptional tenant and the start of a fantastic and successful rental experience for all parties.
